Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Commercial Credit Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing creditworthiness, evaluating financial statements, and assessing risk associated with residential & commercial mortgage loan applications.

Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing financial statements, cash flow projections, credit reports, and other relevant documents to determine the creditworthiness of borrowers. Additionally, you will conduct thorough assessments of collateral to determine its value and marketability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in credit analysis or a similar role within the mortgage or finance industry.
  • Proficient in using financial analysis tools and knowledgeable in using lenders' servicing calculators to assess clients' borrowing capacities.
  • Strong understanding of Commercial Loans, various income streams, and is confident in income calculations.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills to convey credit analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
