Job Title:

Observation and Response Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant individual to join our team in the capacity of an Observation and Response Specialist.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and security of our store by continuously monitoring multiple surveillance cameras to identify and respond to potential security threats, suspicious activity, or incidents.

The Observation and Response Specialist will be responsible for observing customer behavior during the check-in and check-out process to deter theft and fraud, documenting and reporting any incidents, and responding promptly to alarms and emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor surveillance cameras to identify potential security threats, suspicious activity, or incidents
  • Observe customer behavior to deter theft and fraud
  • Document and report incidents, suspicious activity, or security breaches
  • Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations
  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and observations
  • Collaborate with the security team to maintain a secure environment and coordinate security efforts
