Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Monitoring and Incident Response Specialist to safeguard system uptime, build world-class observability, and drive reliability across our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement monitoring and alerting pipelines to ensure timely issue detection and response.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
  • Skilled in scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, or Bash).
