Job Opportunity

We are seeking an expert to lead and optimize our marketing automation initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will develop and enhance automated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms, driving lead nurturing programs, and collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize marketing automation campaigns, managing workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
  • Ensure smooth integration and alignment of data between platforms for marketing activities, monitoring key performance metrics, and providing actionable insights and reports.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications.
  • Maintain database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation, researching industry trends and tools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
  • Cultivate a culture of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues.
Your Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Eloqua (certification is a plus) and Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud) is required.
  • Knowledge of campaign analysis and marketing metrics is essential.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping is necessary.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
