Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with workflow automation and integration.

This role involves designing, building, and scaling automations using Make.com (Integromat), Zapier, APIs, and webhooks. The successful candidate will be able to identify inefficiencies in current processes and turn them into seamless, automated workflows.

The Automation Specialist will work closely with teams across the business to map out processes and design smarter, automated systems. This includes automating data scraping and enrichment for recruiting and marketing using tools like Apify, Puppeteer, Phantombuster, Hunter.io, and Clearbit.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and scale automations with Make.com (primary), Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.
  • Identify and implement process improvements by automating repetitive tasks and workflows.
  • Develop custom scripting solutions (Python/Node.js) when off-the-shelf tools cannot achieve desired results.
  • Monitor, test, and optimize automations to ensure they are robust and efficient.
  • Document workflows so that all team members can understand and build on them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation and integration concepts.
  • Experience with Make.com (Integromat), Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.
  • Ability to develop custom scripting solutions (Python/Node.js).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
