  • Validates critical forecast assumptions from marketing intelligence and operations' plans and commitment using historical sales performance data.
  • Aligns product forecast to business unit marketing calendar as well as business unit product growth strategy assumptions, ensuring alignment with company-wide initiatives.
  • Generates store pull-out projections per SKU per week per depot using the demand planning system, providing valuable insights for supply chain optimization.
  • Analyzes WAPE/BIAS reports to identify key forecast error drivers, informing process improvements and enhancements.
Job Qualifications:
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics, Business Administration Management, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
  • Must have at least two years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, forecast accuracy analysis, and sales & operations planning.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management and project management principles, coupled with advanced analytical and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other statistical data tools, with a strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • Willingness to conduct field work and be assigned to various locations, including Ortigas, Pasig.
  • Open to fresh graduates with good scholastic background and a strong passion for demand planning and analysis.
