Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting – Analyze key operating statistics and income/gross profit performance; evaluate underlying operational metrics and business trends with senior management; document variance analyses and reasons for actual results differing from forecasted results.
  2. Reporting and Investigations – Generate various monthly and quarterly reports from the general ledger; respond to internal requests for reports, investigations, and analysis primarily using Excel and other financial reporting tools and databases.
  3. Budgeting and Forecasting – Prepare the monthly forecast and annual budget for multiple locations, clients, and programs. Support senior management in developing forecasts; validate and analyze budget/forecast submissions.
  4. Additional Responsibilities – Prepare variance analysis reports for senior managers; participate as a team member on finance projects which will help improve the business.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Accounting or a Financial related field.
  • Be amenable to hybrid work setup; site located at EDSA Buendia, Makati.
  • Be willing to work in a night shift schedule.
  • Have 6 months of accounting or financial experience.
