The Senior Financial Analyst - General Accounting will be responsible for providing high-quality financial analysis and support to the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of general accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
  • Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights for decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budgets.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of professional experience in general accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with BIR compliance and comprehensive knowledge of BIR processes such as Income tax, withholding tax, VAT, tax filings, audit, and reconciliation.
