Professional Services Contact Center Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Professional Services Contact Center Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of Contact Center projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. You will work closely with customers to assess their requirements and recommend solution designs that optimize value for both parties.

Key responsibilities include project management, technical implementation, and providing high-quality customer service. You will also be responsible for creating customer-facing documentation, such as meeting presentations and business requirements documents.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent time management skills, be able to operate independently, and exercise sound judgment in challenging situations. Prior experience in a Professional Services Implementation position, preferably in the Contact Center industry, is highly desirable.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while requiring minimal oversight.

  • Assess solution specifications and recommend design changes to optimize value for both the customer and the company.

  • Provide consultation to customers to ensure they receive the full benefits of proposed solutions.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through impeccable communication skills and empathy.

  • Possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to identify and solve complex problems.

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
