Project Manager Leadership Role

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will oversee various projects across different departments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely completion and within budget.

Responsibilities include building project plans, establishing deadlines, assigning tasks, leading teams, conducting risk assessments, and gathering necessary materials.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and senior executives to drive project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a medium-to-large-scale global project setting.
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience.
  • Operational/Workforce management experience in the BPO/call center industry is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership skills, strategic guidance, and expertise in formal presentations.
  • Proficiency in project management and word processing software, spreadsheet applications, and flowcharting tools.
