Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Strategist to craft compelling industry-specific content for LinkedIn and Instagram. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate and construction tone and audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • Monitor performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the team to align messaging with brand goals.
  • Set up, maintain, and continually improve Airtable systems to manage content and workflows efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, competitors, and content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram for real estate/construction audiences.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and original content.
  • A strong knowledge of the construction and/or multifamily housing industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and community engagement.
  • Experience using and customizing Airtable or similar tools for content planning and management.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.
