TikTok Content Strategist

Develop and execute a content strategy to accelerate brand visibility and conversion through short-form video content. Lead the growth of our creator-driven strategy to source, onboard, and manage content creators—primarily on TikTok—and drive user-generated content (UGC) campaigns that feed into paid, organic, and marketplace funnels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creator Sourcing & Management: Identify and partner with top-tier content creators, build strong relationships, and manage them end-to-end from sourcing and onboarding to briefing and output tracking.
  • Content Creation & Trend Execution: Stay ahead of trends by analyzing cultural and commercial shifts, guide creators with lightweight briefs, and ensure output is fast-paced and aligned with industry standards.
  • Content Performance & Optimization: Leverage data insights to scale what works by analyzing creator content performance, identifying patterns, and recommending pivots or reinvestments.
Key Qualifications:
  • Industry Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing, UGC/influencer campaigns, or creator-led growth; hands-on experience in TikTok or short-form content required.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field preferred but not essential with relevant experience.
  • Soft Skills: Strong trend sensitivity, agile mindset, excellent communication, and creative judgment.
