About the Role

We're seeking a skilled TikTok Shop Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective TikTok Shop marketing strategies that drive e-commerce results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 5-10 TikTok Shop accounts simultaneously, including product listings, promotions, and performance tracking.
  • Design and implement ROI-focused affiliate marketing strategies that scale e-commerce results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliates and influencers to amplify brand visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with creators and influencers to produce engaging, on-brand content tailored to TikTok's platform.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including ROI, traffic, and sales, to identify growth opportunities and generate actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • 1+ year of managing TikTok Shop marketing for multiple brands.
  • Agency experience is required, with a history of managing multiple accounts and working cross-functionally.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok's platform, trends, and user behavior.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
