We're seeking a Human Resources Liaison to support our global employee population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions efficiently, ensuring seamless execution of core HR processes.
  • Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Coordinate pre-hire onboarding and virtual I-9 processing for employees.
  • Perform regular data audits to guarantee accuracy and integrity of employee records.
  • Support basic HR reporting needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations.
  • Maintain and audit employment records.
  • Support compliance efforts by assisting with employment-related audits and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in human resources for a global organization.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HR system.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
  • Commitment to continuous learning in employment laws, HR technology, and employee experience best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
