Senior Human Resources Manager Job

The organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join its team.

  • This role will involve providing guidance and comprehensive HR support to clients, reviewing and monitoring all policies, processes, systems, and other initiatives.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the human resources functions for our clients, review and monitor all policies, processes, systems, and other initiatives.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolutions.
  • Align human resources initiatives and people strategy with business needs, supporting employee and leadership development, and developing succession plans for key positions and/or critical roles within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing a diverse HR team.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with a deep understanding of benefits administration.
Bonus Points:
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Experience supporting a public accounting or professional services firm preferred.
  • Multi-state and/or site support experience preferred.
