
Property Management Administrative Support Role

This is a remote position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time, totaling 40 hours per week.
The role supports daily operations in a property management company, overseeing multiple buildings with over 2,000 residential units. The organization emphasizes smooth operations, timely maintenance, and clear communication with residents.
Responsibilities:- Make professional outbound calls for payment collection and fee follow-ups.
- Send bulk email notices regarding payments and updates.
- Maintain spreadsheets tracking payment status and collection activity across properties.
- Schedule inspections with certified service companies.
- Track vendor proposals and ensure certifications are up to date.
- Manage ongoing projects across multiple properties, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist with personal administrative tasks as needed.
- Generate reports on completed tasks and ongoing projects for regular check-ins.
- 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or customer service.
- Excellent phone and communication skills, especially for payment-related calls.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and email management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with organization and attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and managing schedules.
- Familiarity with VoIP tools.
- Highly organized and capable of meeting deadlines independently.
- Professional and reliable communication with residents, vendors, and team members.
