
Property Management Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Process rental applications, prepare and issue rent increase notices, and upload compliance reports.
- Assign invoices, follow up on job requests, and provide excellent customer service.
- Review and process paperwork, including transfer documentation and direct debit forms.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate operations.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of Australian rental property procedures and compliance processes.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a remote setting.
