Web3 & AI Product Growth Manager Role

Responsibilities

  1. Develop operational strategies across all lifecycle stages to grow and retain a global Web3 user base.
  2. Design and manage user operations systems with segmentation strategies to boost in-app activity, engagement, and retention.
  3. Track emerging trends and competitor activities; identify opportunities to launch timely campaigns and product enhancements.
  4. Define performance metrics, analyze data for insights, and optimize strategies through iterative experimentation.
  5. Cross-functional collaboration with teams to align operations with product vision and user needs.

Ideal Profile

  • Experience: 3+ years in product operations, growth, or similar roles with ownership from strategy to execution.
  • Deep understanding of the Web3 and AI space; experience in contributing to or scaling Web3 projects is beneficial.
  • User-centric approach with skilled identification and meeting user needs; experience in designing and running user operations strategies in decentralized ecosystems.
  • Data-driven decision-making with ability to define and track key metrics, uncover actionable insights, and refine operational tactics.
