Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Specialist

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building and supporting our team by owning talent acquisition while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Utilize ATS platforms to manage the hiring process and provide data-driven insights.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and define role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate the offer process with our Legal Team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update employee records using tools like HR systems.
  • Collaborate on performance management processes, including reviews and feedback.
  • Support additional culture, people operations, and HR initiatives as-needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment and people operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with platforms like Workable or Greenhouse.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a creative or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or similar tools.
  • Previous work experience in a remote-first or globally distributed team environment.
