Financial Planning and Analysis Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will oversee the development and implementation of our financial planning and analysis function. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Financial Planning Processes: Design and implement robust financial planning processes that support our growth objectives. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgeting frameworks.
  • Lead FP&A Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of financial analysts. Establish best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the FP&A team.
  • Analyze Business Trends and Provide Insights: Analyze business trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership. Develop and present financial reports, including variance analyses, trend reports, and dashboards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • FP&A Leadership Experience: Proven experience in FP&A leadership roles, preferably in professional services or working with early-stage, investor-backed companies.
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals.
