We are seeking a skilled Appointment Setter to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for prospect outreach, inbound call management, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, data management, and follow-up activities.
About the Role- This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to convert leads into appointments.
- Answer inbound calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and coordinate appointments or meetings between prospects and sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in a CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on call activities, appointment outcomes, and any obstacles encountered during the process.
- A minimum of appointment-setting experience is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Comfortable using HubSpot CRM software and other digital communication tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
