Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven appointment setter to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with healthcare practices and other target industries through direct messaging and cold calling.

You will engage decision-makers, build rapport, and set qualified appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills in outreach and relationship-building to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound cold calls to targeted healthcare practices, dental & orthodontic practices, hearing health & audiology, physical therapy & rehab clinics, and other healthcare-adjacent businesses.
  • Send personalized direct messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate interest.
  • Qualify prospects using our proven outreach framework.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in relevant systems.
  • Maintain accurate calls records, track metrics, and meet weekly appointment goals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
  • Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach.
  • Comfortable using tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
  • Stable internet connection and professional work environment.
