Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage electric vehicle charger installation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate tasks with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Serve as the main liaison with utility companies and municipal permitting departments, streamlining communication.
  3. Track permits, applications, and approvals, escalating delays when necessary for optimal project timelines.
  4. Prepare and review project documentation, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  5. Manage project dependencies and deliverables in project management software, ensuring seamless execution.
  6. Verify installation readiness, guaranteeing compliance with industry standards.
  7. Provide technical input leveraging electrical knowledge, supporting informed decision-making.
  8. Communicate project status and timelines clearly with clients, fostering transparency and trust.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical, construction, or utility sectors.
  2. Strong familiarity with electrical systems and ability to interpret one-line diagrams, enhancing problem-solving capabilities.
  3. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, driving project success.
  4. Experience with project management software is a plus, offering flexibility and efficiency.
