Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor degree of Engineering, Registered Electrical Engineer
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in the design and construction industry.
  3. Has strong leadership
  4. Has ability to lead others
  5. Has valid Driver's License
  6. Is Computer proficient
  7. Willing to travel

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. The Candidate will provide technical leadership to engineering and operation team.
  2. The candidate is expected to work closely with the engineering and the project management team to deliver stamped engineering design packages for Electrical and Solar PV projects.
  3. The candidate will be responsible for the electrical and Solar PV design project including feeder, circuit, stringing, voltage drop, fault analysis, and System integrations.
  4. The candidate will be responsible for sizing all relevant electrical equipment including cables, breakers, disconnects, panel boards, transformer etc. as per Philippine Electrical Code 2017.
  5. Review equipment data sheets, shop drawings and performance parameters of all relevant electrical equipment.
  6. Develop working knowledge of current design standards, best practices and legal requirements, as well as sharing new knowledge with the other members of the engineering and operations team.
  7. Assist in the sourcing, selection and contracting/procurement of the project materials, equipment, contractors and consultants.
  8. Perform sites inspections, testing and commissioning activities of ongoing and future projects.
  9. The candidate is expected to maintain constant communication with office and site team at reasonable hours of the day required.
  10. Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve
  11. Agreeing timescales, cost and resources needed to deliver a project.
  12. Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard.
