About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional customer support specialist to join our team in providing top-notch assistance to our clients. As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a friendly and approachable tone
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account-related issues with precision and care
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide swift, accurate support
  • Stay updated on product updates and support practices to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
