Recruitment Professional Needed


About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and onboarding candidates.


Key Responsibilities
  • Source and screen potential candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with other recruiters to optimize our hiring strategies and processes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
  • Conduct onboarding orientations and facilitate meetings with clients as needed.
  • Develop and implement passive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future opportunities.

Requirements
  • At least 13 years of end-to-end recruitment experience across diverse industries and roles.
  • Proven success recruiting for technical, corporate, and customer-facing positions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and web-based assessment tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Agile and flexible, with the ability to shift priorities as business needs evolve.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
