We're looking for a driven and resourceful Senior Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process—from sourcing high-quality candidates to coordinating interviews and leading evaluations. Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing:
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels to build strong talent pipelinesInterview Coordination:
Manage scheduling for phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite meetings—balancing calendars and ensuring a smooth candidate experienceCandidate Screening & Interviewing:
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit, and provide detailed feedback to hiring teamsStakeholder Partnership:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Provide consultative support and market insightsATS Management:
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and stages in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Candidate Experience:
Act as a brand ambassador and ensure a seamless, positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
Proven success in sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Product Designers
Experience coordinating interviews across multiple teams and time zones
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable)
Comfortable juggling multiple open roles and deadlines at once
Background in both agency and in-house recruiting
A knack for identifying great talent beyond the resume
