50% Closing Incoming Pipeline:

  • Convert warm leads into booked sales calls.
  • Nurture prospects through strategic follow-up.
  • Qualify leads for sales-ready appointments.

50% Sourcing New Lead Opportunities:

  • Instagram DM conversations and engagement.
  • Strategic email outreach campaigns.
  • Outbound calling to high-value prospects.
  • Creative prospecting across multiple channels.
Daily Responsibilities
  • Instagram Lead Management: Respond to DMs within 2 hours, convert conversations to calls.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings that show up and close.
  • CRM Management: Track all activities and maintain detailed prospect records.
