Talent Acquisition Strategist for Global Market Expansion

As a Talent Acquisition Strategist for Global Market Expansion, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's future by identifying and recruiting top talent across Asia Pacific, Japan, and Greater China Group.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with a newly created scrum team, supporting business units across APJC markets. Your responsibilities will include designing creative sourcing strategies, managing hiring processes, and collaborating with local Talent Acquisition colleagues to drive service transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Full life cycle sourcing for committed requisitions
- Lead and participate in Strategic Sourcing Briefing Calls to determine sprint commitments and plan sourcing strategies
- Accountable for delivery of sprint commitments, including identifying and resolving obstacles, raising issues as necessary, and seeking continuous improvement
- Leverage data from LinkedIn Talent Insights and SmashFly scorecard to deliver on KPIs and adopt TA-related tools such as Trello and Mural
- Provide best-in-class candidate and recruitment experience
- Develop and maintain a passive top candidate pipeline and continuously develop new channels of sourcing across various countries
- Language proficiency (written and spoken) in Japanese (JLPT-2 or N2 certificate)
- Solid experience in direct sourcing or headhunting background
- Extensive sourcing capability and outstanding local market talent insights and broader business network
- Deep understanding of Boolean search methods in Recruitment and ability to source passive candidates/assess candidates for fit and quality screening
- Independent, creative, and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills with strong competitive market awareness
- Ability to build a robust network of top talents by gaining market intelligence
- Demonstrates ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
- Good time-management skills with ability to handle various requisitions simultaneously across different time zones
- Experience working in agile methods
- Proficiency in Chinese language (written and spoken)
