About Business Unit
The IBM Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) team represents a variety of functions, including marketing, finance, legal, operations, HR, and more. Our team works together to solve complex problems, help clients achieve success, and build collaborative work environments for IBMers.

Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving IBM's global recruitment efforts, focusing on direct sourcing activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Passive candidate search on job boards
  • Scouting candidates
  • Recruiter interviews
  • Submitting diverse slates of candidates to Hiring Managers
  • Communication with candidates in the selection process
  • Communication with Hiring Managers about the selection process and results
  • Designing competitive offers
You will collaborate with recruiters in Japan, sourcers and coordinators in Malaysia, and other locations to drive IBM's hiring strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 3-year-long or longer experiences in Talent Acquisition, including direct sourcing activities
  • Closing-to-native level of Japanese language proficiency
