Avaloq is a leading provider of wealth management technology and services, with a global footprint and a diverse team of around 2,500 colleagues across 12 countries.

We are seeking an experienced Global Head of Talent Acquisition to join our Global HR Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10-12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-country recruitment efforts. They will possess strong leadership and people management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead and manage a small high-performing talent acquisition team across different regions.
  • Design and implement an employer branding strategy to enhance employer branding and create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Take charge of the entire recruitment lifecycle, exploring avenues for automation, digitization, and streamlining.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts, and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • At least 10-12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-country recruitment efforts.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies in a global organization.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Salary:** Estimated salary range is between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Avaloq offers a competitive compensation package, including a hybrid and flexible working arrangement that supports work-life balance.
