  • Guidance and Support: Guide customers through options to find the best solutions, providing personalized support that meets their needs.
  • Script Adherence and Policy Awareness: Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Customer Confidentiality and Sensitive Information: Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately, upholding confidentiality and trust.
  • Issue Escalation and Collaboration: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results.
  • Professional Development and Attendance: Stay current with training, updates, and program knowledge, maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to scheduling requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is essential.
  • Experience working from home is also required.
  • Strong command of the English language is necessary.
  • Your typing speed should be at least 20 words per minute.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems is also necessary.
  • You should be skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
