Job Overview: Eteam Workforce Private Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an essential member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building.

In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and will be accountable for identifying, qualifying, and developing sales opportunities. Your primary goal will be to establish strong relationships with potential clients and partners, ultimately converting leads into actual sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reporting to the Sales Manager or Team Lead assigned by Management.
  2. Maintaining and building a pool of database contacts, scrubbing and validating prospect information in the database or open sources.
  3. Sending targeted outreach emails to potential direct clients or partners.
  4. Preparing and performing tele-script adjustments to ensure consistency in sales programs.
  5. Making phone calls to potential direct clients/partners to discuss company profile, credentials, and call objectives.
  6. Gathering prospect queries through tele-call, email, or virtual meet platforms.
  7. Generating daily qualified calls and obtaining 6-8 leads on a weekly basis.
  8. Setting appointments with prospective prospects on scheduled plans.
  9. Maintaining accurate records in CRM Systems (or via Microsoft Office, Excel).
  10. Performing administrative tasks as assigned from time-to-time.
  11. Communicating any issues, concerns, or questions to the Sales Manager or Team Lead.

Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for resolving complex issues
