Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will provide virtual support from any location and work collaboratively with the Recruiter and Senior Management team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate database in a suitable platform.
  • Source new employees via job search platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
  • Screen and guide applicants through the recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  • Assist with reconciling employee time and attendance records for accurate payroll processing.
  • Prepare daily recruiting activity reports to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in various projects and tasks within a fast-paced commercial real estate office environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably Latin Honors (cum laude or higher).
  • A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, or HR experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience posting jobs on multiple job boards, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other popular platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and multitasking, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
  • Effective and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player who contributes to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, with a high level of confidentiality and a strong work ethic.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
