Job Description

As a Senior Crisis Helpline Responder, you will play a critical role in providing mental health support to individuals worldwide. Our team is dedicated to making health accessible to every person globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Staff hotlines and helplines during peak hours and provide call, text, and chat support as needed.
  2. Maintain high standards of effectiveness with callers by utilizing established protocols and best practices.
  3. Engage effectively with internal stakeholders through communication channels and maintain organization by utilizing systems to track and communicate with clients and their information.
  4. C coordinate care by ensuring patients receive the appropriate follow-up care, conducting regular triage and check-ins.
  5. Collaborate with the operations team and fellow coaches to address clients' needs as effectively as possible.
  6. Approach clients with empathy and proactivity, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 2-4 years experience working as a helpline responder.
  2. Training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) or its equivalent.
  3. Certification in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
  4. A Master's degree in Psychology is preferred.
  5. Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
  6. Reliability and professionalism at all times.
  7. Openness to feedback and a willingness to improve and develop.
  8. Technical know-how, ideally with Zoom, for meetings and online development courses.

This role offers a competitive payment structure on an on-shift basis.
