Key Responsibilities
  • Verify patient insurance benefits and ensure timely verifications are completed.
  • Communicate with patients regarding their insurance coverage and address any concerns.
  • Run prescription history reports through the prescription monitoring platform.
  • Enter client personal health information and other clinical data.
