Job Title: Customer Experience Coach

Overview

This role involves working within a team to provide first-class call & email assessments, coaching sessions, reporting and training suggestions including sales opportunities, customer experience programs, and staff engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assessments of sales and service calls & emails.
  • Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions with clients.
  • Deliver induction and training sessions remotely and in person.
  • Contribute to training strategy and deliverables.
  • Build client rapport and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Recognise and act on sales opportunities.
  • Participate in team meetings and calibration sessions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in sales/customer service roles.
  • 5+ years in leadership or coaching roles.
  • Experience assessing inbound & outbound calls and emails.
  • SME business environment experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Adaptable coaching approach to empower diverse learning styles.
  • Demonstrated passion for supporting team members and fostering collaboration.
  • Strong commitment to integrity in all client interactions and feedback processes.
  • Customer-centric work ethic focused on delivering value and satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Own reliable transport.
