Job Summary

This is a key member role in a team responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations across multiple eCommerce platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, resolve order issues, process refunds, and provide excellent support via chat, email, and phone, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Order Processing: Enter, update, and verify orders with high accuracy, ensuring timely fulfillment and minimizing errors.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain stock accuracy, update inventory levels, and synchronize data across platforms, utilizing knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems.
  • Returns & Refunds: Process return requests, coordinate replacements, and handle refund transactions efficiently, leveraging problem-solving skills to handle complaints and order discrepancies.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Ensure accurate entry of order details, customer information, and financial transactions into Walmart Seller Account, utilizing proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries, showcasing ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Account Monitoring: Track account performance, report discrepancies, and optimize workflows, applying analytical skills to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce order processing.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent customer service skills with experience in chat, email, and phone support.
    • Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems.
    • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets for tracking sales and reports.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset to handle complaints and order discrepancies.
