Job Title:

E-commerce Virtual Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced e-commerce virtual assistant to support our clients with various backend tasks. Your role will involve managing product research, inventory control, customer service, and supplier coordination.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily product research to identify profitable products and emerging market trends.
  • Manage all communications with Amazon, focusing on refunds, disputes, and open cases.
  • Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and manage reorders.
  • Research and track competitors, keeping updated on their strategies and performance.
  • Handle supplier relationships, including sourcing new products from overseas suppliers.
  • Create and optimize product listings using flat files, focusing on keywords and listing improvements.
  • Address customer inquiries, manage feedback, and ensure account health is maintained.
  • Compile regular reports related to sales, inventory, and account health.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Preferably w/ experience in logistics and supplier management.
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas required).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
