Senior Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to maintain accurate financial data, provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:- Book Close Support: Collaborate with external accountants to organize transactional data and ensure proper cost classification.
- Royalty & Revenue Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile monthly royalty reports across multiple markets, summarizing net sales, collected payments, and royalty obligations.
- P&L Consolidation & Income Statement Tracking: Download and map state-specific income statements from QuickBooks and consolidate them into a master P&L tracker segmented by class.
- 3PL Cost Allocation: Review 3PL invoices and categorize shipping and fulfillment costs for accuracy and margin reduction.
- Ongoing Financial Ops Support: Maintain trackers for accounts receivable, COGs updates, and royalty payments, preparing key financial summaries for internal use.
- Must-haves:
- 3+ years of experience in a financial or accounting operations role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets/Excel, and multi-tab financial models.
- Ability to clean, map, and categorize financial data for monthly reporting.
- Experience managing cost allocations across business units.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with regulated industries.
- Experience working with Shopify, 3PL invoices, or eCommerce operations.
- Exposure to basic dashboard creation using tools like Google Data Studio.
- Understanding of financial KPIs.
- Experience collaborating with outsourced accounting teams.
