Talent Acquisition Expert

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in attracting and engaging top talent for our business.

Job Description:

  • Develop recruiting strategies to attract experienced hires and serve as a key contact to client groups and internal candidates.
  • Drive the recruiting process from the hiring approval stage to new hire orientation while integrating our brand strategy into all recruitment activity.
  • Advising hiring managers, recruiting leaders and other stakeholders on pipeline development, progress of candidates and implementation of hiring plans based on business strategy.
  • Provide operational and process excellence to ensure a quality candidate experience.
  • Act as a change agent for new technology, tools and processes that are rolled out to the broader recruiting community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrating knowledge and prior experience in attracting and engaging experienced hires while leveraging a variety of recruitment resources.
  • Ability to function in a lead recruiter role providing coaching and counseling to other recruiters and team members.
  • Ability to utilize strategic thinking skills and collaborate with fellow team members on best practices.

  • Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-10 plus years of experienced hire recruitment experience.
  • Working knowledge of current recruitment/hiring laws and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and knowledge and experience working with applicant tracking software.
