Talent Attraction Center Process Manager

The Talent Attraction Center Process Manager oversees regional Talent Attraction operations within GBS, leading both internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative recruitment strategies. The role focuses on optimizing processes, managing a team of Specialists and Experts and driving performance through data insights, KPIs, and best practices across Asia markets.

As the Talent Attraction Center Process Manager in the area of People & Culture Service Delivery, you will be responsible for: 

  • Overseeing efficient delivery of talent acquisition services across entities, regions, and HQ, aligned with established SLAs and KPIs.
  • Driving global strategies and managing the full Talent Attraction portfolio across APAC and other regions, while providing expertise on external recruiting trends and practices.
  • Building and enhancing the Talent Attraction function, including tools, technologies, and external partnerships to support scalable hiring during periods of high growth.
  • Leading process improvements to optimize team structure and workflows, ensuring maximum value delivery to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Managing team performance, including hiring, coaching, development, and resolution of performance issues for a portion of the Talent Attraction team.
  • Developing and presenting monthly Talent Attraction scorecards, using metrics to guide team objectives and inform the annual operational plan.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process, with a strong focus on confidentiality and data protection.
  • Providing leadership and oversight in onboarding, training, career development, and succession planning, while fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Handling ad hoc tasks and projects as needed or assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • University degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5–7 years in a managerial role within a Shared Services environment; agency experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work with international clients and candidates, demonstrating strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and full-cycle Talent Attraction, with hands-on experience in strategic recruitment.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors preferred), reporting & analytics, and assessment tools.
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite, with the ability to leverage data and technology to drive recruitment efficiency
