
Talent Attraction and Wellbeing Specialist

Talent Attraction
- Provide staffing and manpower requirements of the company through the implementation of recruitment and corporate attraction strategies.
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting headhunters, recruitment agencies, and universities, using social groups and websites.
- Monitor applications via job boards of the company.
- Represent the company in activities that will deliver an adequate talent pool. (e.g. job fairs, recruitment agencies, internal and external networks)
- Determine applicants' qualifications by paper screening resumes, conduct prescreenin/interviewing potential candidates compared to job requirements.
- Arrange management/team leader interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Conduct background investigation, administer required cognitive and personality tests to applicants.
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts for qualified candidates.
- Ensure completeness of the submitted employment requirements of successful candidates.
- Recommend changes to policies and procedures in recruitment as improvement projects.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of monthly reports.
Onboarding
- Conduct onboarding of successful candidates and monitoring of successful completion of all onboarding sessions.
- Conduct company and HR orientation
- Prepare new employee announcements and introduction of new hires to existing company departments.
Employer Branding
- Implement employer brand strategy and provide inputs to the iteration of the strategy.
- Support employer brand campaigns by helping in collecting stories or suggesting content.
- Maintenance and engagement of a robust talent community.
Employee Activities
- Create an event calendar for the company in accordance with the values, engagement, or branding strategy of the company.
- Lead and ensure implementation of the events/activities by selecting the platform, calendaring, selection of hosts, encouraging participation, scripts, venue, food, etc.
- Monitor attendance of employees in events and provide improvement plans, if necessary.
- Lead all Kaibigan Committee activities, set up regular meetings, and monitor completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with shareholders (AP, ARI, Scatec) for event or employee engagement activities, as requested.
Employee Well Being
- Support in the implementation of employee wellbeing campaigns and activities.
- Assist in planning and execution of the wellbeing initiatives.
- Assist in sending out and monitoring the completion of wellness surveys.
HR Communications
- Draft and circulate regular HR emailers of the company, such as but not limited to birthday greetings, briefings, anniversaries, internal job ads, employee movements and employee activities.
- Coordinate internally within the HRA team, immediate TLs and concerned to complete the needed information for employee movement and new hireannouncements
- Send official and sanctioned emailers from other groups within the company via official HR channels (email, Workplace, Microsite, social media pages, website).
Others
- Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives;
- Shall not disclose any confidential information in respect of the affairs of the Company to any unauthorized person;
- Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties (such as budget monitoring, policy revision) as assigned by authorized representatives of the Company from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment.
Other Related Tasks
- Assist in the implementation of Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Asset) and compliance to regulatory requirements
- Participate in the different programs of the organization
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.
Skills:
- Interviewing skills
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Can adapt well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva (or other videos/photo editing applications)
- Event management
- Good interpersonal skills
Experience:
- With 2 years experience in human resources, in a specialized or generalist function.
Education: (Minimum required educational attainment)
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resource Management or equivalent courses.
