We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition and Employee Wellbeing Specialist. This position is responsible for attracting top talent, implementing employee wellbeing initiatives, and managing various HR-related tasks.
- This includes coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies, creating engaging content for social media platforms, and ensuring seamless communication with job applicants throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Attraction: Implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, collaborate with hiring managers to create job postings, and conduct thorough interviews to ensure the best candidate fit.
- Employee Wellbeing: Develop and implement employee wellbeing programs, including stress management workshops, mental health awareness campaigns, and employee recognition initiatives.
- HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software.
- Event planning and management experience a plus.
