Key Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to drive our sales initiatives as a Business Development Representative.

This key role involves identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients to expand our market presence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.

A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented mindset are essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing all brands that initiate the sign-up process & their profile
  • Welcome Intro on the phone to all new clients, addressing any questions they may have, handling any objections, and clarifying the value proposition
  • Understanding client needs and managing expectations, whilst also educating them on our product
  • Qualifying which plan would be most suitable for the brand/ most cost-effective
  • Setting expectations as to best practice & what the brand will need to do to maximise Tracking, Content, Promotion & Commission
  • Salesforce Admin - keeping records up-to-date and setting up communication flows
  • Providing feedback to our internal business on common insights/objections

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and track progress is also required.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English are necessary.
