Design Team Manager Role

The ideal candidate will oversee a team of designers to support sales and operations teams, ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 4 designers working closely with US-based teams
  • Develop and implement design standards and quality checkpoints
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and project constraints
  • Manage design workflows to support sales cycles and project timelines
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in design team management in electrical or related fields
  • Strong technical background in electrical systems design and technology integration
  • Proven ability to manage remote teams and maintain consistent quality standards
  • Experience with AutoCAD and specialized electrical design software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent electrical engineering credentials

Additional skills may include managing teams in low-voltage and high-voltage applications, as well as experience with electrical load calculations and control systems.
