We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and building workflow automations that drive business growth.

">Job Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Identify high-impact processes ripe for automation through collaboration with cross-functional teams.">
  • Build, test, and deploy n8n workflows (and occasional custom scripts) for use cases like influencer sourcing, automated reporting dashboards, and internal knowledge bots.">
  • Integrate various tools using APIs and webhooks, including Shopify, Amazon SP-API, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Klaviyo, etc.">
  • Monitor and iterate on existing workflows based on usage data and stakeholder feedback.">
  • Document and train non-technical teammates on new processes and technologies.">
  • Track the return on investment (ROI) of each automation by quantifying hours saved, cost reductions, and incremental revenue generated.">

  • Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon marketplace tooling is essential.">
  • A strong background in building workflow automations, particularly with n8n, is required.">
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for custom nodes, API wrappers, and data transforms is necessary.">
  • A solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook patterns is crucial.">
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.">
  • A self-starter mindset, bias for action, and comfort working asynchronously with 2-4 hour overlap to Pacific Time.">
