Procurement Management Position

This procurement management role is responsible for leading and managing the execution of procurement activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external partners, implementing process improvements within the organization, and ensuring the success of procurement plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall procurement processes including strategic sourcing, category management, spend management, contracts management, and supplier performance management.
  • Plan, organize and implement national/regional contracting and procurement strategies to increase operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and manage relationships with regional suppliers/contractors; lead contract negotiations and supplier relationship management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or equivalent 4-year program.
  • 6 to 10 years' experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, and ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA / CIPS / CPP / Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
  • Fluent in English and able to read, speak and write to external and internal stakeholders.

  • Agile mindset, culturally fit, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to take on additional duties as role evolves, proactive in nature, and willing to work on North American Time Zone or Night Shift.
