Job Role Summary:

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team. As a key technical expert, you will play a crucial role in securing and managing digital identities and access to critical resources.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for all L2 queries related to integrated IAM solutions.
  • Integrate new enterprise applications for Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect protocols.
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex user access issues, including problems with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SSO, and application access.
Key Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of Entra ID: A solid understanding of managing users, groups, enterprise applications, and administrative units.
  • SSO and Federation Protocols: Strong technical skills in configuring and troubleshooting Single Sign-On using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell and Graph API: Proven confidence in using PowerShell (AzureAD/Microsoft.Graph modules) and interacting with the Microsoft Graph API for reporting, and bulk operations.
  • Expertise in Azure IAM Services: Deep knowledge of core services including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Entra ID Identity Protection, with a focus on administration and troubleshooting.
