Job Description

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our software deployments and ensure timely completion of systems go-live. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering or operations, with excellent analytical skills and problem resolution skills.

  • The successful candidate will guide and manage all aspects of software/hardware deployments to meet deadlines for systems go-live.
  • Develop detailed schedules of assigned projects for New Product Introduction.
  • Analyze casino business operational needs/challenges and work with internal teams to find solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of project improvements.
  • Coordinate all departments as they relate to product production.
  • Organize interdepartmental activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and successfully produced.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Project, Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of other project management applications a plus.
  • A clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and software configuration processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to communicate with IT and business users effectively.
  • Proven relationship building experience.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to obtain gaming licenses in various jurisdictions.
Experience, Education and Qualification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, engineering or operations.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Masters Degree/MBA preferred.
